Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from our site completely confidential and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties.

The personal information we collect may include your name, shipping/billing address, Email address, phone number and Credit/Debit information. We may also save information such as previous purchases and receipts. We may collect certain information about your visit, such as: type of browser used, the date and time of site access; the pages accessed while at the site, and the internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to help improve and administer the site. 

The personal information collected on this site will be used to provide the services you have requested. We may use your personal information to provide you with important information about the product or service that you are using, including critical notifications. Additionally, we may send you information about other Desertcraft products/or services.

All Returned parts must be within 30 days of your original invoice date.  Shipping and credit card fees are not refundable. All returns must be in original packaging and re-sellable. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full at our discretion. Some items may require a re-stocking fee. Please contact Desertcraft at 760-955-1409 if an item needs to be returned.  We appreciate your business.

Most orders are shipped within 3-2 business days from the time the order is received.  We will notify you if your product will take longer than the time stated to ship.  We try to use the most cost effective approach to ship your product.  Either USPS or UPS. 

International orders:

We are more than happy to ship anywhere in the world.  All customers that are shipping outside of the USA are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees associated with their order.  These costs are not included in the cost of shipping your order to you. Any costs associated with a returned item are the responsibility of the customer.
